It was a phishing email that, if I wasn’t paying attention, might have caused me a lot of heartache. Just this past week, I received an email that appeared to be from LinkedIn and it wasn’t. With the most recent attacks on the computer networks of Merck, the Ukraine government and thousands of other companies, it’s become increasingly important to be vigilant about what comes into our computers and how we handle them.

Once you do, now at the top of the page there will be an Ask Customer Service tab (why it’s not there on the first page is a mystery to me, but it isn’t):Ĥ. At this point, click on any of the FAQ entries – doesn’t matter which one. This takes you to the LinkedIn Customer Service Center, where they invite you to first try to help yourself:ģ. I won’t bore you with all the dead-ends I tried that didn’t work.let me just show you what did:ġ. It actually took me a couple of minutes to figure out.
